Orders will be delivered by express courier service worldwide. Delivery times from order dispatch are as follows (in business days):

UK: 2 days
EU countries: 4-7 days
USA: 4-7 days
Other countries: 5-9 days

All orders will be dispatched on or before the next business day following payment of your order. Business days are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, London time.

A tracking number will be available upon request.

We will refund your order if you wish to abandon it due to delivery delays.

Shipping is free of charge for orders containing an Aerodrums box.

We will refund returned orders in full to aerodrums.com customers who request it within 90 days of delivery date.
The customer is liable for the cost of returning the order (second class/economy postage is acceptable for returns). Refunds will be paid out upon receipt of a proof of postage.

Cancellation

If you contact us within 14 days of your order, you can request a full refund. If you request this after your order has shipped, we ask that you do not accept delivery.

All taxes are included in the price you pay.

Orders to countries outside the UK will be considered by border agents as being imported by the customer.

In the event that duties and taxes are due upon delivery, we will take care of them.

The courier company should charge these costs to us. If the courier company requests that you pay duties and taxes before delivering, please let them know to take payment from us instead. In the unlikely event that they refuse, we will reimburse you the cost of duties and taxes when you email us a copy of the bill from the courier company.
