Shipping policy

1. Orders that include an Aerodrums box

Orders will be delivered by express courier service worldwide, free of charge.
Delivery times from order dispatch are as follows (in business days):

1. UK: 2 days
2. EU countries: 2-3 days
3. USA: 2-3 days
4. Other countries: 3-5 days

2. Orders that don’t include an Aerodrums box

Orders to the UK and US will be delivered by Amazon using their standard 5-7 day shipping service.

Orders to all other countries worldwide will be delivered by the Post Office ltd (the United Kingdom’s state owned postal service company) using their tracked and signed service. The target delivery time is 5-7 working days but please note that this time is sometimes exceeded. Depending on the destination country’s postal service, it may not be possible to obtain tracking information once the parcel has left the United Kingdom. We will refund your order if you wish to abandon it due to delivery delays.

Shipping charges are as follows (does not apply to orders that include an Aerodrums box).

1. UK and Ireland: £4 / €4.78
2. EU countries: €5.98
3. Other countries: $8.10 / €7.18 / £6

During checkout, we may offer alternative delivery options depending on the destination country. In this case we will detail the delivery times for each option.

3. General (applies to all orders)

All orders will be dispatched on or before the next business day following payment of your order. Business days are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, London time.

A tracking number will be available upon request.

We will refund your order if you wish to abandon it due to delivery delays.
