Refund and returns policy

Money back guarantee

We will refund orders in full to website customers who request it within 30 days of delivery. If ordered as a Christmas present, days will be counted from the 26th of December instead of the parcel delivery date.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the order (second class/economy postage is acceptable for returns). Refunds will be paid out upon receipt of a proof of postage.

Cancellation

If you contact us within 14 days of your order you can request a full refund. If you request this after your order has shipped, we ask that you do not accept delivery.
