Re: New Aerodrums Kit elements
Brilliant! I just downloaded all of these and will try them out soon. Just so others are aware, once you have downloaded the .ele files you will need to copy them to the following folder before they appear in the Aerodrums drum kit editor. On Windows: Copy the files to the "data\elements" subfolder ...

Re: problems on uploading songs
Hi, do you know if you are running an "N" edition of Windows? See here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3133719/media-feature-pack-for-n-editions-of-windows-10-version-1607 This might be the reason why MP3s are not loading. You could try to install the Windows Media Feature Pack from the li...

Re: What does placed first in the drum kit refer to on this screen?
It just refers to the first element of that type in the kit. For example, let's say you have two snare drums in your kit - snare A followed by snare B. To configure the MIDI note for snare A, you should set 'Kit placement' to '1st' and then set the note and to configure the note for snare B you shou...

Re: New 3D software
Thanks Ringowig. When we released Aerodrums we had no intention of trying to recover accurate 3D positions or estimate orientation of the drumsticks since it wasn't required to do a good job with the drumming logic. So the whole Aerodrums 3D/VR thing was added as an afterthought. It's not perfect bu...

Re: New 3D software
No, I'm sorry but we have still not added Google Cardboard support. We will be looking at adding Oculus Quest/Quest 2 support in the new year so we may look at adding Cardboard support at that point.

Re: Russian language bug with v1.1.1
Yes, that should also avoid the crash but I think it's safer to temporarily change the language as we ask the user some once off questions such as whether they are left-handed or right-handed. Once they pass this point the 'Never_Ran' flag will automatically be set to 'False'. Thanks though!

Re: Aerodrums with Midi
Thanks Wolfgang, if I recall correctly we had introduced that option to fix the MIDI behaviour for some users that were having problems. We will review it and decide whether to disable it by default in the next software update. Based on these forum posts it sounds like we should.
