Here are the policies that will apply to purchases on the website:
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Orders for EU countries and the US will be delivered by Amazon using their standard 5-7 day shipping service.
Orders to all other countries worldwide will be delivered by the Post Office ltd (the United Kingdom’s state owned postal service company) using their tracked and signed service. The target delivery time is 5-7 working days but please note that this time is sometimes exceeded. Depending on the destination country’s postal service, it may not be possible to obtain tracking information once the parcel has left the United Kingdom. We will refund your order if you wish to abandon it due to delivery delays.
During checkout, we may offer alternative delivery options depending on the destination country. In this case we will detail the delivery times for each option.
All orders will be dispatched on or before the next business day following payment of your order.
Duties and taxes
No additional duties and taxes will be charged by the carrier on orders to the EU and to the USA. However, orders to other countries will be considered by border agents as being imported by the customer. If you live outside the EU or the USA, we invite you to check your country’s import duties and taxes before placing your order. This will avoid disappointment if the delivery agent asks you to pay duties and taxes before delivering the parcel. We use the following Harmonized System code for Aerodrums: 9207909080 (Electric drums). You can use it to check any import tariff in your country.
We will refund orders in full to customers who request it within 30 days of delivery. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the order (second class/economy postage is acceptable for returns). Refunds will be paid out upon receipt of a proof of postage.
Customers can obtain a refund before delivery. If the order has shipped when we process the refund request, the customer is liable for the delivery and return costs, unless the first delivery of the order is attempted later than indicated by the delivery policy. If the order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund.
