I finally got around to testing point 1. It does not connect, and I cannot play it. It seems to be genuinely off.Crx wrote: ↑Sat Sep 05, 2026 9:50 amSorry it took me a while to get back to you. To answer your questions:Richard wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2026 1:32 pmThanks for the information. Could I ask you a few more questions:
1. After powering on the device, did you check if you can drum (or connect to the Aerodrums 2 app) even though the green LED is not lit?
2. Have you used a power bank with your Aerodrums 2 device in the past?
3. Did you attempt a factory reset of the device yet? (It could be that something in the software got corrupted by power being removed at the wrong time)
1. I don't think I've tried this. I tried recreating it, but it's intermittent, so I haven't been able to yet. I'll try to remember to test it next time it happens and get back to you here.
2. No. If my memory serves me, I've only ever used the power source that was bundled with the device.
3. I think I did this back a while ago, and it did stop this problem for a while. However, this was quite a while ago, so I can't fully remember. All I do know is that I've had this problem more often than not. I'll try it again as soon as I've gotten to test point 1.
The factory reset also seems to not be working, I am having trouble starting the unit no matter what I do at the moment.
