Hello. How long do refund/returns take? My Aerodrums 2 is already halfway back to UK (at Doha now) and still no refund issued.

Not sure why was VAT imposed at customs when I already indicated as “return”. who will be responsible for this payment?

Hi I ordered aerodrums 2 and later Maria messaged me saying they aren't in stock n asked if I want a refund. I said. Yes . I still haven't seen my 800. Dollars go back on my account. She's not answering my emails. Its a lil frustrating thats a lot of money up in purgatory. Just wondering what hapoend

It takes a while for them to refund. It took me about a week or so for them to process the refund, so I guess you just have to wait. They will refund you eventually.
