Tracking of sticks / Mind your clothes

Today I started practicing and after a while both sticks disappear on the screen of the app. Hi and low hat still play but both sticks only worked at level of the foot MOCap balls. The lighting panel still shows 4 moving sensors with the correct speed and orientation (and nothing else!). This effect occurs while playing with or without the app.
Got the problem after 15 Minutes :
I was wearing sport trousers (black synthetic material)with no visible reflection stripes. The problem seems to be the material itself which presented a surface with a to high reflection rate for IR radiation to the sensors. Hope this helps to avoid similar problems. Both feet sensor worked fine because they where not affected by this "background".

Thanks Henrik. Yes, even though Aerodrums 2 uses infra-red light, it is still susceptible to reflections of the emitted IR light from glass, mirrors or, in your case, the same kind of retro-reflective "hi vis" material that is used on the Aerodrums 2 drumstick markers.
