PS3 camera and Skype?

Hi folks,
Anyone know if I can use the PS3 camera that came with Aerodrums as a webcam for Skype video calls?
I've looked online and it seems I should, but Skype isn't recognising the camera.
Is it something to do with the camera driver, i.e. is it specific to Aerodrums?
I'm not keen on using a different driver if that is the case, as I don't want to risk it messing up my Aerodrums setup! :(
Any advice greatly appreciated.

That's correct, Aerodrums uses its own camera driver so it won't work with other applications such as Skype. If you install another driver for the camera it will prevent Aerodrums from working.
