Aerodrums and Aered forums

Since today the AD2 will not start completely. For a moment the laser track points appears and the green LED switch on. After this the green LED start blinking slowly and a moment later both the red and green LEDs are blinking alternately. The device seems to be having trouble establishing a network connection.
I've already tried some basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting the device via the reset pin, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
What might be the problem?

I'm not sure right now what is causing that behaviour. Are you sure that you performed the factory reset procedure correctly?

You need to hold down the reset button with a pin while the device is off and then power on the device while the button is still pressed. At that point, the red LED should start blinking fast. Could you try that again and let me know what happens? If it doesn't automatically reboot, you should leave the device for at least 5 minutes before turning it off and on again. Can you check at that point if you can see the Aerodrums-XXXX hotspot on your phone?
