Aerodrums and Aered forums

Hello, I bought the aerodrum kit. I set it up, I can be seen on camera, but the reflectors aren't there. I'm at the right distance, and there's no stray light. I don't know what to do anymore. Thank you.

Hi, is the lamp plugged in to a USB port/charger and turned on (there is a small black switch on the side)? It should be lit up.
