Hello, I purchased the Aerodrums pocketdrums 2 plus from amazon recently, trying to download the software which requires a product key of which I cannot find on or within the box.
Any help?

Unfortunately, it sounds like you purchased Aeroband PocketDrums 2 Plus and not Aerodrums. In that case you should contact Aeroband if you need help with their product.
To be clear, Aerodrums has nothing to do with Aeroband. In fact, originally they were calling their product 'Aerodrummer'. It was only after we contacted them about this that they changed their name to 'Aeroband PocketDrum'. It is unfortunate because it still creates constant confusion and we regularly get customer support queries from people who bought Aeroband PocketDrums, thinking it was the same product as Aerodrums.
