Aerodrums and Aered forums

Hi Support,

We have a product key but it does not appear to work for software download. Do the codes expire? We purchased the Aerodrums product new (we thought) from Amazon 4/9/2018 and still have the receipt and the product code on the box matches the receipt.

The first Mac Book we had the software installed upon had a battery expand and stop working. We are just now getting the urge to use the Aerodrums again. We can post the code if you would like?

Hi, I'm very sorry for the delay. The codes don't expire but it sounds like you're not entering the correct code as it should not appear on any receipt and does not appear printed on the box itself. I have sent you a private message.
