Same here, Bought a new product and there was no product key in the box.. only a card with 'welcome to aeroband'. and a QR. CMIIT ID doesn't work..

It sounds like you bought AeroBand PocketDrum, not Aerodrums. If so, you should contact AeroBand for support with their product.
