LOST PRODUCT KEY

Hello there,

Recently i got back my aerodrum from my friend which i bought nearly 3 years ago, but appereantly she lost the product key, can you help me out how to install the software ?

I have come across the same issue , I miss placed the card from the interior top of the box . Really interested in 3D and vr

same as everyone, i lost my product key. (don't have the box anymore)
i have the aerodrums kit since 2016, so i changed few times my computer.

Same here, no reply to my Email last week. I accidentally disposed the box and was surprised that was the only place with a product key :D

I sent in proof of installation, photo of parts, etc. Aerodrums never replied, one year now.

Hi Bernhard, I'm sorry for the confusion. In the email you sent to us a year ago you said you were able to open Aerodrums by booting from a backup drive of your old computer. So we must have assumed that you resolved the problem yourself. I'm sorry about that - we will reply to that email now.
