Odd Time Signatures

Post by radicalsurge » Wed Jul 06, 2016 4:11 am

Hi there, Aered is a great and simple to use software. With regards to including odd time signatures, will this feature be available soon?

We aren't working on Aered right now due to other projects so I'm sorry to say this won't be available any time soon.

Odd time signatures are also one of the two things, that I would love to see.
The other is to allow multiple repetitions with first and second endings.

These two features would promote aered to the only program that I need to make notations.

Will there be future work on aered? Or are there plans to maybe make it open source, so that others could contribute work and add features?

Best regards,
Robert

Our plan is to get back to serious Aered development after Aerodrums 2 ships. We have been working on improvements to Aered to support the notation features of Aerodrums 2. Time signature support isn't there yet but we will be working on it.
