Hello. How long do refund/returns take? My Aerodrums 2 is already halfway back to UK (at Doha now) and still no refund issued.

Apologies for the delay - my colleague who will process your refund is only back in the office on Monday morning after the Christmas break. Your refund will be issued then.

Hey Richard,

Not sure why was VAT imposed at customs when I already indicated as “return”. who will be responsible for this payment?

Hi Richard,

I was being charged for the VAT imposed at UK Customs when I returned Aerodrums. Meaning to say your team refunded me whatever amount I have paid for the drums, and then charged me for the VAT too.

Was that why the refund was being dragged for so many days? I thought i was supposed to receive the full refund amount?

Kindly enlighten me, please. Thank you.
