Refund & Returns

Hello. How long do refund/returns take? My Aerodrums 2 is already halfway back to UK (at Doha now) and still no refund issued.

Apologies for the delay - my colleague who will process your refund is only back in the office on Monday morning after the Christmas break. Your refund will be issued then.

Hey Richard,

Not sure why was VAT imposed at customs when I already indicated as “return”. who will be responsible for this payment?

Hi I ordered aerodrums 2 and later Maria messaged me saying they aren't in stock n asked if I want a refund. I said. Yes . I still haven't seen my 800. Dollars go back on my account. She's not answering my emails. Its a lil frustrating thats a lot of money up in purgatory. Just wondering what hapoend :|

It takes a while for them to refund. It took me about a week or so for them to process the refund, so I guess you just have to wait. They will refund you eventually. :lol:
