why only 50 fps when i go to contigure aerodrum, is in red

hi everyone, my name is david domingo, i am from spain and i have a litte problem whith "aerodrum"

i dwonload the sfotware for windows pc and i started to configurate my aerodrum, but when put on the camera and pres to configure, aerodrums not see to me

i only can started aerodrum one time, the firts time only, but then i can't play it again

when i started aerodrum first time the cámera can see me a lot and i can see a green rectangle about the signal the cámera, but now the signal about the cámera is only red ( 50 fps)


i don't understand why

Hi David, is the USB lamp lighting up? It should be plugged in to your computer (or a mains-powered phone charger if you prefer) and switched on (there is a little black switch on the side of the lamp).

If the lamp is lighting up could you try power it using another means to see if it helps? We recently came across one case where a customer's phone charger (which was possibly faulty) wasn't supplying enough power to the lamp.
