Are you using WASAPI in exclusive mode for your audio-device? Have you tried to deactivate Windows audio-enhancements?

Is it a cheap notebook? But even more expensive ones aren’t optimized for making music.
Chances are your laptop has just a headphone out and not the right impedance for your amplified speaker. How is the sound with headphones?

2. notebook + hdmi monitor (sub)

If you can see something like HDMI:WASAPI in Aerodrums you could try, but I don't think it can work.
