Can’t hear bass drum

Hi all

First set up today but 2 problems
Firstly I can’t hear bass drum at all . I have right cloned drum set , adjusted volume on bass drum which sounds when I’m doing that but when going back to drum set it’s still silent . I’ve adjusted volume on snare drum to test and that worked .
Also , headphones don’t work either . I’ve right clicked on volume in task bar and my headphones are selected .all works fine on laptop speakers (except for bass drum. )
Any ideas please , windows 11 pro on Dell 7480

Without changing something, is it the same for all the kits?
When you play, can you see your pedal working on the screen?

There shouldn't be any need to clone a kit. If you try a preset kit such as "My First Aerodrums Kit", is it also the case that you can't hear the kick drum?

About headphones, what type are you using (e.g. 3.5mm jack, USB, Bluetooth)? In case you didn't do this, can you try plug your headphones in before running Aerodrums to see if that helps. With your headphones plugged in, you can also click the 'Latency' button in Aerodrums, followed by the 'Change' button and see if there are devices listed that specifically mention your headphones. If so, you can try select this option to see if it fixes the problem.
