invisible light camera modification for everyone!
Re: invisible light camera modification DIY (also for sale)
GOT IT!
Almost 90 days. I’m sure COVID had a lot to do with it. Here’s some pictures. Only issu is the power adapter is for 240v. I probably have a 120v adapter in the basement. I will post my progress setting this up.

awesome, lets see some videos or a demo run?
Re: invisible light camera modification DIY (also for sale)
The plan it to create videos or pictures of my progress. As you can see the DC adapter is 240V so can't use that here in the USA. I ordered five correct 12V DC converters from Amazon for about $15. They will be here Monday. I should be able to start hooking things up and shooting some little videos on Tuesday.
My end goal is to use this with my band, "Three Chords and a BEER", first for rehearsals and second in live performance. We ain't that good but we have fun playing.

You have the talent to squeeze the maximum amount of suspense

I'm sorry everyone. I'm in two bands and we are rehearsing for upcoming performances. Plus, we had relatives from Idaho. I will get it set up and working. I printed out set-up guide sheets from Aerodrums to get it going.
We are adding bass and keys to this band. Native American Flute trio. Evolution. Sorry for the recording a friend took this from his iPhone.

Don’t worry, I was kidding. I just ordered one from Evengy, will see how it goes myself.
Nice music you are doing, I like it. I see you are using a hybrid setup, I think I’ve recognized a Roland Kick pedal and a vdrum snare, but what is the module in front of you?shdixon wrote: ↑Mon Jul 05, 2021 5:58 pmWe are adding bass and keys to this band. All the best for your group.

Our drummer uses a Roland Octapad with two additional trigger bars, bass drum trigger, actual snare and hi-hat. I'm the guitar player in the band, not the drummer. I've been a drummer since 1962...OUCH!

OK. Hooked the UV camera up to my seven year old MacBook Pro, i7 with 32g memory and graphics card. Built a simple three piece kit. Got my chair set and the drums placed and started making some noise. Works perfect! No latency I can tell. I have a couple i5 laptops and a couple ones running Windows NT. As I get time I will load these up and report. I shot a real rough video with my iPhone. I will try to attach.
