Hi..just a quick video showing my experiment with brushes. I used standard drum brushes and attached reflector balls. I recorded my 12x7 birch Snare to create the sample elements.
Definitely a work in progress but a lot of fun

Ah thanks man..I’m just a fan of the product...lol...today I’m going to try recording samples of one of my own acoustic kits to go with the brushes idea. I’ll see how that works out..

Nice experience. Are you working with sliding samples with your left hand and hitting samples with the right one? The brushes are just for fun, isn’t it?

Hi Wolfgang...yes I recorded my own Snare samples. The left hand is a medium brush sweep which I Trigger from an Element next to the main snare which is a multi-velocity brush tap. Obviously they can be played with sticks but it just didn’t feel right..hence the brushes experiment
. I’ve spent today recording some brush rides and a crash ride. Hopefully I’ll get chance to put another little video together.

Just a quick update with another short brushes video. This time I sampled my own kit & cymbals to create .ele files to play direct from within Aerodrums...this was a fun experiment
