Time signatures

Hi there,
I can see that I can change the number of quarter notes per bar, ie, 3/4, 7/4 etc. However, it is possible to set the type of note as well? For example 12/8, 7/8 etc?

Thanks Ken, unfortunately, only time signatures that are a whole number of quarter notes are currently possible. We plan to address this limitation in the future.

Yes! We need to be able to write in 8th note values in time signatures!

Yes I really love your programme, as do most of the forum posters, but I am also eagerly awaiting a time when we can write in any time signature that suites the music we make. I wonder what the logistics of something like this would entail? Being able to write bars or 7/8 or 13/16 would be a huge help, and improvement... to an already wonderful tool.
