Cant get Aered to install on my Mac

Greetings -

New user of Aered, cant wait to start using it after reading some very positive reviews. I purchased Aered, but I’m unable to get it to install. I downliaded the file, moved to my Applications folder as instructed, and try clicking while holding the Control Key, but it does not install. I only get the Aered Installer pop up window telling me to drag it to the Applications folder. I’ve emailed sales and support at Aerodrums but not response…..

Hi, there is no installation step. You just run the application.

It sounds like you might have dragged the wrong icon into your Applications folder.

Can you try this:
Double-click on the Aered.dmg file you downloaded.
Then inside the window that pops open, double-click on the Aered icon.
Does it run then? If not, what happens?

Thanks Richard, I was able to get it to install after I made the post. I saw that the file was also in my Locations folder and when i clicked on it there, it worked. Not sure whats going on but as long as it works I’m happy.

FYI, when I click on the aered.dmg file in my Applications folder, the only thing that happens is the dialog window opens telling me to drag the file to the Applications folder.
