Download email not sending

I tried a few times to get the download emails sent but I can't get it sent to my email. I've tried checking my spam folder and waiting around 30 minutes.

Hi, I'm sorry about this. There is some issue where a small number of people aren't receiving the expected email after giving their email address on our website. We're still trying to figure out what's causing it. I have sent you a PM.
