Hello,
the best glue to use is silicone sealant. We are working on making available kits to attach Aerodrums balls to your own drum sticks. They will contain a few pairs of balls and a tube of silicone.

Re: Shipping to Norway - Amazon says no
Hello, unfortunately your intuition was correct. Amazon.co.uk will only ship "media" items outside the EU and we couldn't convince them that Aerodrums qualifies. We haven't made contact with a distributor in Norway yet. I am sending you a pm.

Re: Feature requests
Sorry about this issue (it is not a lack of feature, it is a bug  ). Someone from Steven Slate Drums also reported a problem with Pro-tools and Vienna Ensemble. We are working hard on it, if we are correct that it is caused by an excess of Continuous Controller events, it will be fixed within ...

Re: aerodrums is struggling to run fast enough...
I'm sorry that you are experiencing less than ideal performance. Could you tell me if you notice a difference whether you are drumming in full screen or windowed mode? When running Aerodrums and Reaper at the same time, does even the "blind" graphics mode give unacceptable performance? Which MIDI mo...

Re: Light/Lens Glue
Hello, really sorry things are breaking like this for you. I have sent you a pm.
In general, if the ball itself isn't damaged, silicone sealant can be used to fill the hole to stop it rattling. The annoying thing is it takes a while to dry (up to 24h for full cure).

Re: my 'Lamp' does not work
Sorry to be asking such a silly question, but I presume you found the small switch on the side of the lamp? Does the lamp flicker on and off when you move the USB plug in the socket? Do you have other equipment with a USB socket to try the lamp on (for example a charger)? We will send you a replacem...

Re: Hello! First thoughts and the MIDI update
It looks like a more general issue with DKD then, if MIDI works fine with other plugins. I know we just only released MIDI so it may sound cheeky, but Logic Pro X and Drummer & Drum Kit Designer are young and very complex programs, so they may have some teething issues. I have posted a question on t...

Re: Aerodrums in Canada
I'm really sorry to disappoint but no one has any Aerodrums inventory in Canada yet. I was just on the phone to Amazon.com again and they won't budge: they won't ship Aerodrums outside the US. It is going to take us time to find a distribution channel in Canada and arrange a shipment. I will keep yo...

Re: Hello! First thoughts and the MIDI update
Oh no I meant create a new kit in Aerodrums, you can do that there: go in Drum kits, clone the small rock kit, click Edit, click on "13in hi-hats" then on the left arrow "<" button to remove it, then click OK. Now try drumming with that kit into DKD, if it doesn't crash it means the hi-hat openness ...

Re: Hello! First thoughts and the MIDI update
Thank you for trying other plugins. Right now my guess is that Drum Kit Designer is not keeping up with the number of hi-hat openness MIDI events we send (we send 125 per second). Could you make a kit without hi-hats and without kick and let me know if Drum Kit Designer crashes with that kick? I wil...
