Aerodrums and Aered forums

While it's possible it would work fine, we have never tested Aerodrums on a computer with specs that low. I wouldn't risk it unless you're also considering upgrading to a new computer soon.

Hi, I think I understand what you're referring to - that very light strokes in Aerodrums still produce relatively loud sounds in Addictive Drums. I don't think there's any easier way than remapping each note manually. If you haven't seen it, there's a table in the Aerodrums manual that tells you which MIDI note Aerodrums sends for each drum/cymbal: http://aerodrums.com/manual/#midi

We haven't tested Aerodrums on VirtualBox or Wine yet so I can't say how it behaves.

This really sounds like a vsync issue. If you're still having problems, can you tell me what operating system you're using and what graphics card you have and I can instruct you on how to disable vsync.

Aerodrums doesn't currently have support for tuned percussion out of the box but we are improving our MIDI support to allow specification of which MIDI notes get sent when different elements are hit. As part of this we plan to test instruments like vibraphone and glockenspiel.
