Re: why only 50 fps when i go to contigure aerodrum, is in red

Hi David, is the USB lamp lighting up? It should be plugged in to your computer (or a mains-powered phone charger if you prefer) and switched on (there is a little black switch on the side of the lamp). If the lamp is lighting up could you try power it using another means to see if it helps? We rece...

Re: Integrating Aerodrum Kits into Sampler

The Aerodrums samples are built in to the software. It's not available in the form of a VST plugin that you could use in a DAW, which I think is what you're asking. So you will need to either trigger another drum VST using the MIDI notes from Aerodrums. Or else, export your recording from Aerodrums ...

Re: LOST PRODUCT KEY

It sounds like you bought AeroBand PocketDrum, not Aerodrums. If so, you should contact AeroBand for support with their product.

Re: Blind drummers and Aerodrums

Hi Rusty, I'm sorry we haven't done any work yet on making Aerodrums easier to use for blind people. We also don't have any experience with screen reader software so it's hard to say how it will behave with Aerodrums. We mostly use a custom user interface that doesn't rely on standard Windows/Mac UI...

Re: LOST PRODUCT KEY

Hi Bernhard, I'm sorry for the confusion. In the email you sent to us a year ago you said you were able to open Aerodrums by booting from a backup drive of your old computer. So we must have assumed that you resolved the problem yourself. I'm sorry about that - we will reply to that email now.

Re: Tom tom

Hi, I'm not sure if I understand your question - are you asking which drums are which on the drumming screen? If so, the bass/kick drum is the one that is triggered by the rightmost pedal. The floor tom is the drum that appears furthest to the right. The high tom is the drum that's directly above th...

Yes, in hindsight, changing the category should be sufficient. Good to hear it worked.

Re: pièce manquante / missing part

I haven't seen this issue before so I'm not sure what the cause is. Does the path to where you installed Aerodrums (or the name of the .ele file or the name of your drum kit) contain any non-English letters (e.g. letters with French accents)? The drum kit you created should appear in the folder "con...

Re: Playing snare with foot?

Since you mentioned "hex editor" here is the info you need to edit the .ele files yourself. The first 4 bytes of the file will be "ELE0". The next 4 bytes are an integer that stores the element type. This will be one of the following values: 0 - KICK 1 - SNARE 2 - RIMSHOT 3 - CROSS_STICK 4 - VERY_HI...
