Re: Shots fired

Hello Johnny, thanks for the constructive criticism. I completely agree that the technology behind Aerodrums has a lot more potential than just replacing entry level electronic drums. But for us to be able to explore that potential we need to have good commercial success. So for example there are no...

Re: Shots fired

Thank you for your support Mitch. It's only recently that we realised how much you needed to spend on electronic drums to get good expressivity. Before then we had assumed most branded entry-level models did a good job. About Freedrum and Pocket drum, here is a post I wrote a while back about how we...

Shots fired

Hello there, Yann here, Richard’s co-founder. Sorry I don’t post more often; I have been very busy with admin and product development. (The former is going awfully, the later much better but we’ll post about that later.) Today I wanted to tell you about a change we are making that could interest you...

Re: Can't wait for Yann... Someone help or I'm returning these today

Hello, I am sorry about the delay supporting you over email. It is great that you have been able to use your external sound card. I have sent you a new email addressing other points you have raised elewhere. Unfortunately we are starting to see more laptops that don't offer the 44100Hz sampling rate...

Re: Sound to a mixer?

Hello, I am sorry about the delay supporting you over email. I have sent you a new email.

For the record, it is possible to route the Aerodrums audio via a mixer, like with any audio program running on a computer.

Re: OSX 10.15.7 Catalina can't get sound to work

Hello, I am sorry about this issue, thank you for reporting it as we haven't seen it before. Let me ask you some questions then I'll suggest a few things to troubleshoot. -Has Aerodrums ever worked ok on this computer, or are you seeing this on first installation? -If it had worked ok before, has an...

Re: Video: Playing Aerodrums in a pub in Paris

Hello Wolfgang, thank you for posting the video.

That was an appropriately angry rendition of that song ;)

Sorry that the virus is closing all bars in Paris for a while again.

I hope it can get under control.

Re: Aerodrums are terrible

Since you had drummed well with Aerodrums before I was assuming you had done "Place all drums" before. Here is how to do it: -in the home screen, select "Drum kits" -select the kit you want to customise -click Clone, name the new kit, click Ok then Ok -click Drum -go to your seat, hit the Menu butto...

Re: Aerodrums are terrible

Jeez thank you for your comment, I figured out what is happening to Smasha: The fixed height and tilt of the stand makes it possible to set up without having to pan and tilt the camera: In Aerodrums, if you have the stand and you select that you are using the stand in the preferences, instead of see...
