Re: Hi-Hat always closed AD2 w/ Fl Studio 20
Hello, it was me we tried to help. Did you find how to reset a plugin in FL to reset AD2 there? If you couldn't find any info on this. Did you try removing the AD2 plugin from FL and adding it back in? It that fails it would also probably be worth a try to uninstall AD2 and reinstall it in between r...
Re: Linux
Thank you for doing more work on this. Yes this is a good way to measure latency. 15-18ms is not ideal but it is definitely good enough to play without it being distracting. Of course it is much more than an acoustic set, but for example it is a bit less than depressing an acoustic piano key softly....
Re: Linux
Wow, a lot of effort and know-how went into this. Thank you for working on it. Before we can endorse this solution we need to check the patch and understand the implications for the user's system. We haven't had time to do this yet but plan to soon. Until then, please exercise caution and use your j...

Clear is just for aesthetics. Low modulus gives some flexibility. We haven't experimented with silicones ...

Re: Edge/centered assignments when adding samples?
Yes, if there is no correlation, as in, you may want to hit on the edge hard or soft and at the center hard or soft in equal measures, then it won't work to mix samples in the element, as you will loose control of your playing.

Re: Edge/centered assignments when adding samples?
Just to add to what Richard said, in the spirit of working around the current lack of "positional sensing": -if there is a strong correlation between edge/centered and hit speed, for example edge hits are always harder, when building your folder of samples to give Aerodrums, let's say you have sampl...

Re: Shots fired
Thanks, I think the rental idea is something we need to look at more. The logistics of it are tricky though. Maybe buy the sticks and foot markers, rent/return the camera, lamp and software.
