Re: Feature requests

Thanks for the suggestion. It would be possible as we do have the toms sampled with the snare wires off. It would take a bit of work to clean up the samples but we'll consider it.

Re: Graphic warning

Thanks for the info Ben. Which "external drumming software" are you using with Aerodrums and is it running standalone or as a plugin through a DAW? Also, how long does it work for before you notice it slowing down? The only thing I can think to try right now is to change the "Use the MIDI note sched...

Re: Feature requests

The ability to splash the hi-hat by tapping your foot half way is a feature we added a while back. It is disabled by default but can be enabled by going to Menu -> Adjust drums -> Hi-hats and cymbals -> Hi-hat range and splash.

Re: Camera driver

It's very important that you plug the camera in only when prompted to do so by the installer. If you have doubts about that then I suggest you uninstall Aerodrums, unplug the camera and reboot your computer. Then re-install Aerodrums and plug the camera back in when requested. If you think another c...

Re: Windows 10

Personally speaking I haven't had any issues running Aerodrums on Windows 10. But I agree that a lot of people who have upgraded seem to be having problems with audio driver compatibility. Some more info in this post from yesterday: http://aerodrums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=559&start=10#p2214 ...

Re: hihat volume

You do this in the same way you adjust the volume of other drum pieces. First enter the Menu from the drumming screen, then hit the "Adjust drums" button followed by the "Volume and Sensitivity" button. From here you can select any drum/cymbal by hitting it with your stick, or you can select a pedal...

Re: MIDI Cymbal Choke

There is an experimental cymbal choking feature in the current version of Aerodrums. Basically there are two adjustable zones on either side of you and whenever a drum stick enters one of these regions, all cymbals will be choked. To a certain extent this allows some natural choking gestures such as...

Re: crashes on opening

Thanks Joco, The setting of 44100Hz is correct. You should leave it at this (at any bit rate setting). I did some more investigation and I found that users of other software that is using the same audio library as us (PortAudio) are also having audio problems under Windows 10. I suspect you're in th...
