Re: There is no rebound.

Just came back from vacation and saw your message. This is a long discussion you had with Richard, I had a hard time going through and even by using Google translate I haven’t understood everything. There is no rebound. None at all. But there is no rebound with air drumming! Wow, you are tough. Yes ...

Re: Aerodrums 2

Thanks for giving me a reason to recheck my setup! Glad I could help. But it seems there is still something to optimize. now is set at 1ms output without glitches Where did you set this value? If you are using ASIO, the Buffer size slider in the Latency screen doesn’t have any effect. You can set i...

Re: adding new elements - batch mode?

Thanks a lot Richard, this will certainly be very useful to me. So it’s just make_ele.exe, a 373 kb tool, who does all the velocity sorting and packing. I’m impressed.

Re: adding new elements - batch mode?

No problem. I'll be in touch about this in the next couple of days via email. I owe you a reply. Hi Richard. I am also interested to have this information. I’m not a programmer, but I’m using scrips in Linux. I have actually beside the stock elements 116 imported ones in my elements folder, but all...

Re: adding new elements - batch mode?

Before I add each element folder separately now, I thought I'd ask if there was trick to avoid adding each of the 110 separately. Good luck for importing 110 instruments! No, I don’t think so. It would have helped me a lot in the past. I don’t know if Richard or Yann have something in their drawer,...

Re: Always use the same USB ports for your devices

First some general things about sound cards. NEVER buy a sound card without optimized ASIO drivers from the manufacturer. Before buying, go to the manufacturer’s site and search if they have an ASIO driver for your card. If they say ASIO4All, run away. The problem is you won’t find cheap sound cards...

Re: list of samples included in aerodrums

Is there a list of all the samples included with which to build a drum kit? Not that I’m aware. But you can look in the elements folder, for Windows it’s here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Aerodrums\data\elements I'm looking to have available non-drum percussion sounds, latin drums, timpani, tamborine, s...

Re: Aerodrums 2

Hi, this post has nothing to do with Aerodrums2, but there is one thing you said which makes me thinking that you might have a problem with your setup. What little physical sounds that get made from sticks hitting my palms, or feet hitting the floor, still sound like pronounced flams to me. This is ...

Re: Always use the same USB ports for your devices

Hi,
This is a good decision. Do you have a PC or a MAC? How much do you want to invest? How do you want to use the sound card? At home with your HiFi system or in rehearsal studios / for live performances? Do you want to have more than 2 input channels?
