Re: Framerate drops when I open other progs using audio devi
Concerning your last question, yes, the problem persists if I declare some other device than my Novation nio 2-4 as the default windows audio and then point the DAW still to the nio 2-4 but Aerodrums to the Windoes default. No difference in the FPS cycling between 9x-12x...

Re: Framerate drops when I open other progs using audio devi
Heh, I doubt very much that the power consumption of the light could cause such a (my) problem... Besides, because of the "blinding effect" I did most of my trials and experiments with the USB issue without the light even being hooked. No, it's probably a battle between the audio devices driver and ...

Re: customizable midi out per drum element
On the side, if may ask, it seems to work with NI Studio Drummer which is also a Kontakt based instrument. You offer special MIDI conf files for that. What was changed or special about that config? Is it actually for Kontakt or a dedicated setup for Studio Drummer? If it was for Kontakt I could mayb...

Re: customizable midi out per drum element
I have the exact same problem with the free MT Powerdrum Kit VST, not only in NI Drumlabs Again, the pedal down and up events are being sent fine to the host and VST. It's just that the closed sound does not work, and when going from from open to closed HH pedal there is a correct muting sound and a...

Framerate drops with other progs using audio device [SOLVED]
Hi there, regarding the other thread "Aerodrums" hangs I have a similar experience and have quite a sepcific description (I hope ;) ): In standalone mode, I never have an issue with the framerate, it is 129/130 all the time. As soon as I open another program which makes use of the audio interface (s...

Re: customizable midi out per drum element
pls allow me one question that may be related: I would like to use Aerodrums with Native Instruments Drum Lab (a Kontakt Instrument). When Drum Labs is in General Midi setting, almost everything works fine, except for the hi hat close after it has been opened at least once. So I start with the close...

Re: Q about goofy setups
THX - meanwhile I installed and tested Aerodrums (a bit only, unfortunately). So my first questions about the left / right foot thing was a no-brainer, Aerodrums is very flexible! ;) Although I sometimes have the issue that the RH and LH sticks get mixed up during playing. This would not matter very...

Re: WARNING: possible trojan in wdi_simple.exe in camera fol
Thanks for taking care! The thing is that at the time of aerodrum installation there never was a warning. Just came up two days ago, after having it installed since Boxing Day. To have a wider check than just with my local AV software I uploaded it to virustotal.com BTW initially, virustotal stated ...
