Re: Xml files
No, it's not possible currently, only .aer files can be opened. I agree that the lack of support for other file formats is a very big limitation that limits the usefulness of Aered in many cases.

Re: Feature requests
Thanks very much for pointing this out Wolfgang. We're planning on reworking some of the interface here in the next few weeks so we will keep these issues in mind.

Re: Aerodrums with Native Instruments
It should be possible to trigger any Native Instruments drum kit with Aerodrums. If you're running into a particular problem let us know. There is a video and some info here on setting up Kontakt + Studio Drummer for use with Aerodrums: http://aerodrums.com/using-aerodrums-wi ... -samplers/

Re: [Feature Request] - Output data of Drumsticks.
We fully agree that people could do interesting things with this data. However, we already have a working prototype of a visual application that uses the marker data and which has been a big development effort. Re: Android Builds ! (ROADMAP ? )
We don't have any plans right now to make an Android build. From what we understand, Android's audio support does not currently cater to applications that require very low latency.

Re: MIDI Cymbal Choke
Thanks a lot for the feedback. The main motivation behind the current choke feature was to allow you to use natural one-handed and two-handed cymbal choking gestures. It works but at the cost of using up some of the playable space for the cymbal choking zones. Some of the alternative ideas were to h...

Re: MIDI Cymbal Choke
You're correct, choking cymbals isn't supported yet in MIDI mode. This feature was labelled 'experimental' in our release notes because, of the various ideas we had to support choking, it wasn't clear which was the best. We wanted to see what our users thought about it before committing to it and ad...
