Re: Feature requests
I know it has been mentioned before about being able to "mask" out areas that are sensitive to light in the set up screen. I wanted to echo this request following a recent live playing experience where I was plagues by a couple of hotspots behind me that were static and it would have been good to ha...

Re: infrared leds
I am interested in these finding s too ( as a dabbler in taking things apart and modding stock items). IR on the aerodrums would be interesting.

Re: promo code
Thank you for that post -that is a good price for the Alesis kit. I have used many different manufacturers of midi drums over the years (Roland, Yamaha, ALternate Mode, Zendrum, Korg etc) and it would be fair to say that comparing Aerodrums to these products is like comparing apples to pears. I love...

First outing Live last week
Hi forum! Ventured out with aerodrums for the first time last weekend. I was playing in a large gymnasium with natural light from large windows on one side wall, so I positioned myself with the camera facing away from the windows as far as I could (approx 30 feet away). Starting playing at approx 10...

Double triggering problem - solution
A couple of nights ago I noticed that there was a faint echo/ double trigger on each kit piece a few milliseconds after my initial stick strike (only when playing the audio kits in aerodrums, and not using it to trigger external drum VST's, which I normally use).. It was really bugging me, so today ...

Re: Software Update questions
That was definitely what was causing it. I can confirm that your solution worked. As an aside, I can also play Windows Media player at the same time as aerodrums so I can jam along to tracks from there as well. Thanks.

Re: Software Update questions
Yes, it is in "midi only" mode. Interestingly, I could play the playlist tracks in this mode (running external vst - Addictive Drums 2) before the upgrade. I played around a little more today but could not run the internal playlist tracks still. I may have to look at what outputs I have assigned in ...
