Re: First impressions from new aerodrums 2 player

Hi, and thanks so much for this feedback. I'll go over each of your points: 1) We agree with this. It was unfortunately a case of us cutting corners to avoid needing to design separate UIs for desktop vs mobile. We plan to fix it in a software update soon. 2) This requires a bit of explanation. Each...

Re: Two computeres in series

The software running on the Aerodrums 2 device itself is referred to as the firmware . The software running on your phone/tablet/laptop is the Aerodrums 2 app . Generally when we release a software update it is required to update both the firmware and the app. When you run the app, it will automatic...

I'm not sure quite what you're asking - if it helps, we have successfully tested pairing and streaming music from Android, iOS, Mac and Windows devices.

Re: Two computeres in series

When Aerodrums 2 was launched earlier in the year it only had preset kits. But that has changed. We have since added support for creating your own kits. This means you can add whatever pieces you want in your kit, position them wherever you like and change the sounds of each piece. The hardcase is n...

Re: Two computeres in series

Hi, about needing a second device, that device can be a Windows/Mac computer or an Android/iOS tablet or phone. If you own one of those then there should be no need to buy an additional device. Using the app for visualization is optional. Many people use Aerodrums 2 for drumming without connecting t...

Re: windows app ver 5

Hi, are you sure you didn't make a mistake? When I download the file (Aerodrums2-v5-Windows-unsigned.zip) that you linked to, extract it and run it, it shows "App v5" in the top-right corner.

Re: Stereo reversed?

Hi, I'm sorry for the late response. There is some logic that will reverse the channels when using left-handed mode. Are you left-handed and, if so, do you have the 'Left-handed' mode enabled in the Configuration settings of the app, or are you instead creating left-handed kits from the 'Make' scree...
