Aerodrums and Aered forums

Installing on Windows 10. During installation, I keep getting an error messages of C:User\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\7z08443A25A/data/elements/ missing. I have created a ton of the "7z0844+++++" files. I have extracted and this is very frustrating. I'm thinking I'm going to get a refund.
