Re: Freedrums = the future for IOS and all other formats.
Yes! I also, ALWAYS have an empty room which has painted black walls showing no light in from the outside world. I also ALWAYS wear black clothing whilst playing my aerodrums. The video is a bad example on ‘how aerodrums work’ since the settings he is playing in NO WAY resembles a persons home (sinc...

Re: Freedrums = the future for IOS and all other formats.
I actually love the freedrums. And above all else, at least I can play them in total daylight, even outside. Takes just 10 seconds to setup rather than aerodrums dodgy ps3 camera that moves about everywhere. It’s trial and error with it until you get the right angle. And then low and behold, you hav...

Moderator notice: it took us a while but we finally did a write up of what we found when we implemented the technology that Freedrum and other phone-based products use (before they even launched). You can read it here: https://aerodrums.com/aerodrums-vs-freedrum-aeroband-pocketdrum-hyperdrum/ Febru...

Re: CAMERA AND LIGHT USING ONLY ONE USB. SUCESS!
Sadly I have already tried this with the bendy arm. It holds the weight of the ps3 camera perfectly for the first week or so, and then after several movements (when the arm is no longer new and stiff) it just droops down with the ps3 cameras weight. I am thinking of detaching the stand on the ps3 ca...

CAMERA AND LIGHT USING ONLY ONE USB. SUCESS!
Managed to successfully solder thw wores of the LED Light to the playstation 3 camera. By doing this I can now use the ps3 camera AND the LED light using ONLY ONE USB PORT. Benefits: only using one usb, no extra wires getting in the way and convenient to store away. Nice and easy job, remove 4 screw...

Re: Better drumstick tips idea
HMMMM, whilst I agree what your saying about the issue in the video, these drum stick tips that im talking about are almost identical in size to the ones aerodrums. they are just made of a hard durable plastic. http://www.gear4music.com/Drums-and-Percussion/Vic-Firth-Universal-Practice-Tips-Grey/16S...

Re: Better drumstick tips idea
No response? Perhaps these are too expensive for aerodrums to buy. Instead we have very fragile polystyrene ones that dent. At least we get a spare. Bit these vic firth ones are certainly a better alternative. Come on aerodrums, upgrade your product.. It is time to make it more durable. NO MORE POLY...
