Re: Lets share our Experiences with Aerodrums 2
1. Video 1 & 2 & 3 For me, you are sitting too far away from the camera. It is true, the lasers aren’t calibrated the same from one Aerodrums to another. I don’t know how many devices are concerned by this, but I’ve read several posts about it and it is also my case. But to say : THE AREAS FOR HITTI...

Re: First Test of Aerodrums2 with the Quest 3S in Concert
How was the resonance of the crowd? I've been playing Aerodrums live since 2017, and I've never had the impression that anyone in the audience was disappointed to see me playing without drums. Rather, the opposite is the case. There were always a lot of questions about how that could be possible. T...

Re: Hi hat setup
The first thing you can try is to turn the foot reflector towards the camera. Another thing I found out (at least for myself) was, that I had to do two or tree hits with my foot before starting to play, like it would need some calibration.
I don’t understand what you mean with “wash the cymbals”.

Re: Lets share our Experiences with Aerodrums 2
Ok, sorry, i really did not know that that the Quest 3 is capable of that. No need to be sorry, we're all learning. Im more new to the MR thing and the old quest 2 i had before cant do that. For me it’s even my first VR-headset and I’ve bought it especially to use with Aerodrums. But another stupid...

Re: Lets share our Experiences with Aerodrums 2
And in additional to that, i am a drumeo user. Having a webbrowser integrated into the MR enviroment would be AWESOME! Like I’ve said, you can already open a browser besides Aerodrums, but you will have a problem with the browser audio coming out from your Quest and the Aerodrums audio coming out f...

Hi Christopher, Also, going to give Reaper a shot in the next few days. Yes, give it a try! It’s my favorite tool for any audio and video editing for years. There are so many features under the hood and you can find tonnes of instruction videos. All my videos in my YouTube channel are made with Reap...

Re: Lets share our Experiences with Aerodrums 2
But current VR-calibrating is not in a good spot. At least for me. And i understand you cant see trough the MR View. Why do you say that ? Instead you have a visible line on the ground, from your center position to the point where the drum module should be in the best way. Actually, you have a big ...

Re: Aerodrums v1.1.2 - Switching hand markers back and forth, double hitting
I slowed down your video, and now it's not as obvious. I hear your problem twice, but the hands are reversed only the first time. slowed down video.mp4 Furthermore, I also see in Reaper, that the two hits are the loudest, which reminds me of my personal experience. Btw. have you tried the MIDI filte...

Re: Easy mute and unmute
In the Aerodrums 2 app, there is a mute/unmute button on the drumming screen. Regarding gestures, there are some undocumented gestures already there to start/stop a playlist and move to the previous/next song that involve holding both stick tips above your left or right shoulder. We plan to review ...

Re: Aerodrums v1.1.2 - Switching hand markers back and forth, double hitting
I haven't tried it with another VST host and, unfortunately, Steven Slate Drums doesn't have a standalone application. Just for information, the second link I posted converts any VSTi to a standalone application. "Driver version?" The Yamaha Steinberg driver version is USB Driver v2.1.7. This is th...
