Re: Light is causing reflections
Something like this happened to me. For me it was the transparent lamp cover which became dislodged. Someone knocked over my stand and one of the three hooks broke. I fixed it provisionally with some transparent scotch.

Re: Black background while camera setup (win10)
I remember having seen this several times, but each time provoked by myself. It was always after having done non recommendable actions, like to run 2 usb sound-cards and other things together with the camera, or using usb hubs. And simply plugging the camera into another port hasn’t helped every tim...

Re: Aerodrums infrared camera
I am with WOLF Thanks for your support :D . But for me it’s the same, I can not live without it! I am sure you agree that it is worth trying to improve such wonderfull thing as Aerodrums. Completely. I was always very open to DIY projects in the past and even promoted some here. May I ask how much ...
Re: Linux
Have you seen this post? Hello, If you want to use Aerodrums in Linux, you can install Linux KVM with "3D Graphics PCI-E passtrought", will work with native performance, but you will need to install Windows into a VM. Two monitors is good, but not required. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_w49u5paLQ

Re: Aerodrums infrared camera
Hi johnnyM, This is a good point that you have thought about the lens. Regarding camera stand, it fixes the height and tilt angle of camera. But it is not as much important as the drum placement calibration. Before you start playing I would highly recommend you to enter the menu and place individual...

Re: Aerodrums infrared camera
Very nice experiment. And maybe the most advanced I’ve seen here the last 5 years. I had already seen your YouTube video, but I didn’t understand where to find the camera. Sure I would be interested in something like this, I’m using Aerodrums at a lot of different places and there are situations wer...

Steven Slate Drums 5.5
I took advantage of a Black Friday offer to buy myself Steven Slate Drums 5.5, but I found that the midi map for Steven Slate drums 4 no longer works with 5.5. So I made my own and I want to share it with everyone who needs it. Just set Aerodrums to it’s default map and open my map (Aerodrums.iom) i...

Re: Aerodrums with Midi
The reason why I was signing in to the Aerodrums forum in 2015 was to report this “bug” and it’s solution. My first post here: aerodums break with a daw And I remember having helped other users with the same problem. Given the number of people who had problems with this setting, this should be turne...

Re: Aerodrums midi stopped working
Are you using LoopBe ? If it’s so, verify if LoopBe hasn’t muted itself. LoopBe1 has a powerful shortcut detection to avoid MIDI feedback. If a feedback is detected, LoopBe1 will immediately mute its port. This can also happen when the camera gets to much light. This will trigger a lot of signals, ...
