Not able to download Software

Hi Team,

Hope you guys are doing well. I've just received my Aerodrums and thanks for that. However, I am experiencing issues trying to download the software.

After about 15 minutes of download, it only downloaded 1 (literally one) megabyte worth of information. According to this, it would take three days to download this. I don't want to wait for that long (I took days off work in order to play and relax) and even if I wanted to, I still couldn't because the downloads fail after a certain period of time. This happens with all your files under the Software page. I am not sure what's wrong with your servers or bandwidth, but this needs to be taken care of ASAP. It feels frustrating, honestly.

Please advise. Attached you'll find a screenshot.

Good to hear that and sorry for the frustration. For some reason the file hosting service we use, Amazon S3, performs poorly with certain internet service providers. This might have been the reason for your problem. If you have further problems with downloads, please let us know.
