New purchaser installation issue

Got my Aerodrums on 1/7 and did everything by the numbers. Successful download of installer, No hardware hooked up. initiate the install and an error screen pops up everytime. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing. The error note says "elements". ignored the error and ran the program, I could see the nav buttons but no wrtiting on them.

Running a potent HP laptop with Windows 10, fully upgraded.

Hi, when installing Aerodrums it sounds like you didn't extract all the files from the .zip file before running setup.exe.
To extract the files, right click on the .zip file, select one of the "Extract..." options. Then navigate to the folder that is created and run setup.exe from there. That should solve your problem.

It's been awhile since having to unzip a file. Duh. Extracted and installed properly. All good. Lots of fun. Thanks
