Hi try turning off midi output on aerodrums, or
Killing the 'midi service' (forget it's actual name) in task manager
Check USB hubs and remove other USB devices

E.g my midi controller caused low fps, as did the midi service..

Btw I too have use a mac mini 16gb SSD ;)

You can try what bkmsx suggested, especially if you're using a USB hub but we do know that Apple changed something in High Sierra that has resulted in the behaviour you describe for some Aerodrums users. A lot of games have suffered from similar graphics performance issues after users upgraded to High Sierra.

We have tried it on 3 or 4 Macs running High Sierra but weren't able to reproduce the issue. We have a hunch it might be due to vsync being enabled and have implemented a fix for this for the next update but we haven't been able to test this yet.

Can you try press Cmd+g a few times until you reach the "no graphics" mode and let us know if that gives you a constant 125 FPS? Thanks.
