Hi,
I just installed the software on my work laptop (not my property) and it works fine (Win7).
Before that I tried to install the software onmy personal Windows 10 Dell Inspiron 7000 series (7537) and I get a blue screen when the installation gets to the last part: installing camera driver.
The error is: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR (check screenshot, it's Dutch if you wonder)
I see that after a reboot Aerodrums is in the program files folder. When I try to reinstall the camera driver (using admin rights) I get the same error again.
Any ideas on how to diagnose/solve this issue?
I reall like the quality of the product and software, just too bad that it doesn't work on my own laptop, yet...
Thanks!

Re: Win10 + Installing CameraDriver = crash
Hello,
I'm sorry that you have been unable to use Aerodrums on your home computer.
We haven't encountered the issue you describe before, so I could only look online for now.
Unfortunately it seems related to compatibility issues between Windows 10 and this specific Dell model.
The error code itself seems to be misleading, as it refers to the Direct X driver for the display adapter, and we know for sure that our camera driver installer does not use Direct X or the display adapter.
Here is what I would do in order of preference:
1) If feasible, roll back Windows to the previous version until Microsoft or Dell fix this issue
2) If not, restart Windows 10 in "Safe Mode" and try to run the Aerodrums camera installer in that mode
3) Experiment with un-installing the driver for the display adapter, so a generic Microsoft one is in use when you try to install the camera again (this is a long shot because, like I said, I doubt that the error code you are getting is accurate).
Let me know how you progress with this and we will help you research the issue further if necessary
