MAC SOFTWARE download code is not working

Hi!
I've received my Aerodrums and the download page for the mac software reports an error with my code. I'm sure I'm writing it correctly.
What can I do?

I tried the DVD on a Windows PC and the code I have on the box is not working, that means that the problem is the CODE I have on the box
How can I solve it?

Solved, Thank you!
Problem was that the font type used on the label makes 0 (zero) and O (o capital) very similar
You can close the topic to clean the board.
