Custom made stick ball ends...

Hello,

I recently saw this video of someone who made their own "modified" version of the reflective stick balls to work with hitting a surface, such as mesh pads...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pa_BvfZHrlY

I asked the author of the video what he used to make the ball ends and this was his response...
" its the same grey stuff you find on hi-vis jackets/vests. Bit of pain to glue but worth the hassle. Foam for the ball shape was from a water noodle float ;) cut to a cube then shaped spherical to be same size as stock reflectors. Keeps it all as light as possible."

I wonder if a reflective spray like this might work, instead of tape...

Any thoughts?

Hi, didnt see this. that was me :)

That spray should work it's just whether it's similar reflectivity to the original ends is key, ideally you want it so that any new stick and the stock ones register the same size to aerodrums, which may be a case of experimenting a bit.

If spray isn't too pricey, why not.

If doing to again I'd just use the spares aerodrums comes with, cutting a slot in them so they straddle the stick neck, gluing in place
