Drums won't open

I got aerodrums for christmas and every time I try to open it the app goes back to opening instructions. Someone help please!
Apologies for the delay. We're just back from attending a trade show abroad.
Are you still having issues getting Aerodrums installed?
Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm assuming you're trying to install on a Mac.
After opening the .dmg file you downloaded, did you drag the Aerodrums icon in the Applications folder and then try to open from there by right-clicking on the Aerodrums icon and choosing 'Open'?
