compatibility issues

Post by hodgeman » Mon Dec 14, 2015 2:20 pm

Hi I'm a newbie to this forum, Santa has promised me an Aerodrum for Xmas, (the fool, I haven't been that good) and I'm trying to find whether I should install it on a windows 10 computer(the newest) or a windows 7 further complicated by the fact that the win 10 machine has a SSD with not too much space (maybe enough) but I use a separate 1TB HD thru USB 3 anybody tried putting the data on a separate drive? and has anybody got a definitive answer on win 10 compatibility? I saw the post where (sept) where you said you hadn't tested it wondered if tha had now been done? Appreciate an answer before Xmas

Yes, we have since tested Windows 10 ourselves and haven't encountered problems. As far as I can remember, anyone who encountered an issue on Windows 10 was able to resolve it so I would go ahead and install it on your Win 10 machine if you have sufficient space. Aerodrums searches for the data in the installation folder and this can't currently be overridden.
