Aerodrums and Aered forums

Hi guys!

I am really excited about my new aerodrums!

Unfortunately i could not configure it either on mac or windows!

on my mac, after i put the serial it just close the app, nothing shows up. im running yosemite!

on windows its says camera not found. ps.: i did tried re install the drivers, and i did plugged the usb in time.

what should i do?

Hi, sorry to hear you've run into problems.

On Mac, what happens when you run Aerodrums again after it closes? Does it ask you to enter your serial code again or does it close immediately with no windows/popups visible?

On Windows, does the blue LED on your Playstation Eye camera light up when it's plugged into your USB port? Could you try again to re-install it and use a different USB port for the camera. So you should first uninstall Aerodrums, then unplug the camera and reboot your computer. Finally, re-install Aerodrums and only plug in the camera when prompted by the installer.
