Lost CD

Hello,
I've recently moved, my hard drive crashed, and now I cannot find the cd with the install software. I have all the equipment (including the awesome glasses). The CD sleeve had the registry key on it so I cannot download the software either. I can send the info from amazon when I bought it, or a picture of all the goods. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
